Elevation, Precipitation, and Climate

The property lies between 5,360 and 6,200 feet in elevation. The lowest part of the property is at the far western edge and gradually rises as the land heads east toward the mountains.

The owner’s home is sited on a rounded hill providing incredible views the Bridger Mountains, north toward Sixteen Mile and the entire Gallatin Valley to the south.
